What’s New at Cencap

Promotions

Cencap’s own Stephanie Cruz. was promoted to Branch Supervisor for our Terry Square office. Stephanie has been with Cencap since 2017. During her years as a Member Service Representative III, Stephanie had advanced in her role, and has established herself as a leader on the frontline. Stephanie is dual-roled. She also assists the Electronic Funds Department. Operations Manager Marisela V.,(pictured to the left), describes her as hardworking, driven, and reliable. Stephanie recently received Cencap’s “Top Banana’ award which recognizes and celebrates employees who have gone above and beyond in their role and has contributed to making Cencap a great place to both bank and work. Stephanie uses her spare time to do what makes her happy, which is all encompassing for her. Stephanie’s favorite part of her role at Cencap having the pleasure to assist members with their finances on a daily basis. Whether it’s opening an account for a teen for the first time and teaching them the importance of handling their money, to helping an elderly learn how to use our online banking services; she truly enjoys making a difference. Cencap has taught her that every day is an new opportunity to offer better service to our members and she looks forward to uncovering new opportunity in her new role.
