2023 Scholarship Program

Application Criteria
To qualify for a scholarship, the applicant must be a Cencap member in good standing. The applicant must be planning to study at an institution of higher learning in Fall of 2023. Consideration for scholarship award is based on an internal point system, GPA, participation in extracurricular activities, school organizations, and community engagement. In addition to completing this application, we are requesting a current copy of high school transcript(s), GED, and/or college transcript(s), two signed letters of reference from non-family members, and a 500-word, typed personal essay outlining why the applicant feels he/she deserves this scholarship and their commitment to completing their education.

Scholarship Components
One (1) $3,000 Scholarship will be awarded to one (1) applicant
selected by our internal Scholarship Committee on the basis listed above.

PROCEDURE
Submit an application no later than April 28, 2023.
